50 Cent reflected on the time he drove JAY-Z, Kanye West, and T.I. “uncomfortable” by hitting their show and running out on stage.
In a throwback video published on 50 Cent’s Instagram this week, Hov and Ye can be seen signing the latter’s hit “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” alongside Tip at the 2007 Screamfest tour at New York City’s Madison Square when a young Fiddy comes flying on set.
The trio was obviously irritated by 50 Cent’s jokes, and Hov briefly stopped the set to tell the G-Unit leader to get off.
50 Cent took to the awkward moment in his Instagram caption and swore the three rap artists he’s working on being more thoughtful.
50 Cent and JAY-Z have had their part in disputes and controversies over the past tweeny years. Most recently, Drink Champs host N.O.R.E. told that Hov begrudgingly let Fif partake in the Dr. Dre-helmed Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show and that Eminem allegedly intimidated to pull out of the event if 50 didn’t appear.
Fif pushed back against these claims on Instagram.
“Why would he have to say that should be the question?” 50 wrote with a screenshot of a headline on N.O.R.E.’s quotes.
While that particular story may or may not be true, 50 proclaimed in August that the long-simmering feud between him and JAY-Z almost end up in a beatdown from Beyoncé back in the day.
